Once a soldier in the Naga Queen's royal army, Phossus Hiskrallion committed a heinous crime and fled to the surface to pursue a living among the surface dwellers. After years of exploring the unknown surface, Phossus decided to put his natural naga strength to use as a hired sword--a lancer.
Until the The Battle of Nokkville, Phossus always carried a bottle of red paint with him, which he used to decorate his face, his armour, and his weapons, earning him his nickname of Red. Red's face was always streaked with this red paint; three lines of crimson ran across his snout diagonally. It was always there--Red never washed it off. If it started to rub off, he simply repainted it.
Red would die in 282 DHT while assisting the Archangel's Heroes in defeating the undead reincarnation of Pitch.
